How to delete your account

In the app: open Account → Delete account. We email you a confirmation link. Opening that link deletes everything immediately — you never need to contact us.

Deleted with your account: your name, email address, phone number, city, all your listings and their photos, all conversations and messages, your favourites and your blocked list.

Deleting data without deleting your account: in the app you can delete any listing at any time — its photos are deleted with it — and you can clear your favourites and your blocked list. Nothing needs to be requested from us.

Kept: nothing, with one exception. If the account was banned for breaking the rules, a one-way fingerprint of the email address is kept indefinitely so the same person cannot immediately return under a new account. It cannot be turned back into an email address.
