FastTrack Privacy Policy

FastTrack helps users track shipments and receive status notifications. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information we process

• Account information, such as email address and user identifier, when you create or use an account.
• Shipment information you provide, including tracking numbers, carriers, labels, and tracking events.
• Device notification tokens and technical diagnostics needed to deliver notifications and operate the service.
• Advertising consent, device and advertising information processed by Google AdMob where applicable.
• Subscription status and purchase identifiers processed by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat. We do not receive full payment card details.

How information is used

We use information to provide shipment tracking, synchronize data, send notifications, prevent abuse, support subscriptions, show ads to non-subscribers, troubleshoot problems, and improve the app.

Service providers

FastTrack uses service providers including Google Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple App Store, and 17TRACK. These providers process data under their own privacy terms to deliver their services.

Advertising choices

Where required, FastTrack asks for consent before requesting ads and provides privacy options inside the app. You can change applicable advertising choices from the app menu or device settings. Premium subscribers do not receive ads. Google AdMob collects your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) along with device and diagnostic information, and shares it with advertising partners to select the ads shown. You can reset or delete that identifier in your device settings.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can delete your account from the app. Account deletion removes associated app data subject to limited legal or security retention requirements.

Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic service is completely secure. FastTrack is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect their personal information.
