Shopping List app — Effective date: June 28, 2026

By using the “Shopping List” app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Account & Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the App for lawful personal and family purposes.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or access others’ data.

3. Groups & Content

You own your list content. The group owner manages its members. You are responsible for what you share within your groups.

4. Service “As Is”

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We strive for availability but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: we email you a confirmation link that expires in thirty minutes, and opening it permanently deletes your account, your data, and the groups you own. This cannot be undone.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
