FastTrack Terms of Use

By using FastTrack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service

FastTrack organizes shipment information received from carriers and tracking providers. Tracking events, delivery estimates, and carrier data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always rely on the carrier for critical delivery decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for providing tracking numbers you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, access other users' data, or use it unlawfully.

Premium subscriptions

FastTrack Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription that removes ads and unlocks premium features while active. Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged by Google Play or Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Purchases can be restored through the app where supported. Refunds are handled under the applicable store's policies.

Changes and availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms and will post the updated effective date on this page.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or shipment delivery. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or reliance on carrier information.

Guest use and data retention

You can track shipments without an account. Guest data belongs to that installation alone: it cannot be recovered on another device, it is lost if you delete the app, and it is removed from our servers after three months without use. Sign in to keep your shipments across devices and installs.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app. We email you a confirmation link that expires in thirty minutes; opening it permanently deletes your account, your shipments, and your notification tokens. This cannot be undone.
