Terms of Use

Sale Coffee Tools — Version 1 · Effective date: 21 August 2026

By creating an account you accept these Terms. The app records the version you accepted and the date you accepted it. If these Terms change in a way that matters, the app will ask you to read and accept the new version before you continue.

A listing platform — nothing more

Read this before you buy or sell anything here.

• Sale Coffee Tools is a listing board. Every sale is a direct agreement between the buyer and the seller alone.
• The app and its owner are not a party to any deal. We do not buy, sell, ship, inspect, store, or hold any money at any point.
• We do not verify items, prices, condition, ownership, or anything a seller writes. Judge for yourself and inspect before you pay.
• Payment and delivery are arranged entirely between the two of you, outside this app. We never see or handle a payment.
• The app and its owner accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, fraud, defect, or dispute arising from a deal. Disputes are between the two parties.
• Reporting a listing may lead us to remove it or close an account. That is content moderation — not arbitration, and not a refund.

Your account

• You must give a real name and a working email address, and you must verify that address before you can publish or start a conversation.
• One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get around a ban or a limit is not allowed.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself.
• You may delete your account yourself at any time from inside the app.

What you may list

• Coffee equipment you own and are entitled to sell.
• Photographs of the actual item, and an honest description of its condition.
• A real price in your own country's currency.

You may not list stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or illegal goods; anything you do not own; or anything that has nothing to do with coffee. You may not use the app to send unsolicited advertising, to harass anyone, or to collect other users' details for any purpose outside a deal.

Where you may sell

The app opens country by country, and by default each seller sells inside their own country only. Which countries are open, and whether selling across borders is allowed at all, is set by the app owner and may change.

Moderation

We may remove a listing, hide it, or close an account that breaks these Terms — with or without a report. This is moderation of what appears on the board. It is not a ruling on a dispute between a buyer and a seller, and it does not entitle anyone to money.

Content you post

Your listings, photos and clips remain yours. By posting them you grant Sale Coffee Tools and its owner a permanent, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt them — inside the app and in any promotion of the app, on any medium — without asking you again and without payment. Deleting a listing or your account removes it from the market, but does not withdraw material that has already been used in promotion.

The service itself

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any listing will sell. We may change or discontinue features, including opening or closing countries.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When the change is significant we raise the version number, and the app asks every user to read and accept the new version before continuing. The only alternative to accepting is to sign out.
